Senator Rucker moved to amend the bill on page two, section five, lines twenty-five through twenty-seven, by striking out all of subsection (e) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection, designated subsection (e), to read as follows:

(e) Pursuant to §6B-2-5(l) of this code, the chancellor may receive only one form of salary if such person serves as the chancellor for both the higher education policy commission and the council for community and technical colleges.
